Mary Kakuru, a mother of quadruplets and a resident of Lwattimba village near Bukomero town had a reason to smile this Easter when she received an Easter package from Vision Group. The package consisted of food, paraffin and essential commodities like sugar, soap and clothes to this family.
“God has been making miracles at my home ever since i produced quadruplets although in the beginning they seemed to be a burden,” she said. “I just pray that the New Vision Paper keeps on growing because God has given me a miracle through their stories” she added.
The family lived in an old grass thatched hut which leaked before Vision Group plus other readers constructed for her a permanent house.
The family thanked Vision Group and their readers who transport their food on a monthly basis, Toyota Uganda Ltd and URA.
Vision Group remains committed to improving the wellbeing of children and has continuously offered support to vulnerable and needy children
